I appreciate they really listened to what we asked for when it came to our Aussie Shepherd. I have heard WAYYYY too many stories of other places that shave them or whatever. They gave the exact trim we asked for (the sanitary cut), did a great job on his nails and clearly made him comfortable. Since the begging me and my cat were very well welcomed, I was kind of concern because it was the first time I brought my cat for grooming and she was very well cared.
